It is observed over past 2 months as a behavior from Bangalore Mahanagara sarike samsithe (BMTC) has been indirectly forcing customers by not issuing monthly pass durng first 10 calendr days or smartly handing over1/10 of the demand to conductors, where in customers when asked for monthly passes worth Rs.1850 to travel in Volvo is always informed as not availble in any Volvo buses. this indirectly forces customers to spend more on the commutation expenses by goinng for regular tickets or day pass which is more expensive compared to the monthly package. For last 2 months i hae paid 900 Rs. for my commutation expenses due to poor and intentional restriction of Monthly passes issued in Volvos. request immediqte attention on this.
