I had bought the Nokia BH-505 Bluetooth headphones with the intention of using it with running. They market this product as sweat-resistant, rather as the only sports Bluetooth headset. Due to my college schedule I was unable to use it until holidays. But only after one run, the device stopped working. Now, I took it to their Nokia Priority center and told them to repair it and I will pay for the cost. They refuse to repair it, saying if the device is under warranty it is replaced otherwise. They said they only repair phones. It is a Rs. 3000 headset, costlier than many phones in the market. They should at least repair it for a cost. They say that either see if it gets repaired in the 'black' market or throw it off, it is useless now. I am feeling very cheated and betrayed. I had saved up money to buy it and they couldn't care less. The only reason I bought Nokia instead of any other brand was because I trusted that their device won't go bad. Had I taken any other brand I would have at least been able to have it repaired and still be under warranty because others give the standard 12 months warranty. It went on their support site and found a big list of consumers facing the same problem as me.
