Hi Sir/Ma'm My name is C.K. Kumaresan I was trying to book two tickets on line through diwakar travels. My travel date is suppose to be on 3-7-2013. By mistake the date mentioned was 2-7-2013. When iam booking my ticket it was around 9:30 p.m. 0n 2-7-2013. My question is how diwakar site is accepting my booking while the bus service already left 9:00 P.M.
Immediately I have contacted the call centre of diwakar service 9:45 p.m. they asked me to contact the Head office in lakidikapool branch Hyderabad. When contacted the branch they told they are helpless and cannot help me as the bus already left around 9:00 p.m.
My question to them is when the bus service already left why the site has accepted my booking request on the same.
Now I want my money refund from them (diwakar travels). It is the mistake of the diwakar travels, their system should not allowed me to accept, after service time. This is purely mistake of diwakar travels, they have to work on their on line systems. Requesting you kindly look on to this matter as soon as possible.
