I have relaince connction No. 8882214256 and I have it recharged for 799/- for reliance to reliance free pack after that I am facing constant no network coverage ,less net coverage and call drop I raised the issue with no 3323575997 and one more complaint on reliance web world. After that I got response from technical team that their signal strength is weak in Geeta colony area and it will be resolved. I have lost my 15-16 days recharge money as i could not enjoy the facility which i have taken this connection and rechage amount. I have called their customer care they would unable to solve the issue. Even their higher authorities told me that you can enjoy facility now but we couldn't do anything as you have suffered. My pleas is that for the 15 days in which i have suffered this service inconvienience and i lost my valuable money either money should be reimbursed or duration of this facility is extended by 15 days in lieu of inconvience i suffered.
