I have bought a Karbonn A9+ from Flipkart on 11th January 2013. It worked till 11th April 2013 and then stopped working. Even the power was not coming on. I have made several complaints to Karbonn and even FLipkart. I took it to service it at a Karbonn authorised service centre in Fort, Mumbai and the person told me they do not service mobiles sold from Bangalore. I tried to make complaints with Karbonn but all their customer care lines do not work. They do not respond to calls or even reply to emails. I have sent emails to them and most of them have bounced. I gave my phone to another Karbonn service centre in Dadar Mumbai on 18th May and it is still not returned. The service centre also never answers calls and they number is very often unreachable. Everytime i called they would say that they have not yet finished servicing my phone and that the main board is dead and they need a new part from Delhi. I have received very poor service and have reached frustration. I even sent a grievance mail to Flipkart and Flipkart has tried to take it forward but I still have not received a replacement piece or my money back. Now I dont want the phone. I only want my entire money back. Please help me to do so.
