I purchased a LG Microwave Owen from Kohinoor Electronics delivered to me on Jun 22 2013. During installation, the technician observed that there is a fault with the owen and this information was shared with LG and Kohinoor Electronics and they promised to replace the faulty unit. Till data after repeated followup, Kohinoor has not bothered to replace the faulty unit. Even after paying 100% cost in advance,I have been deprived of the product. Since Kohinoor has delivered this faulty unit, they should replace it immediately and take up the issue with LG directly. As a customer I should be given unconditional replacement immediately. Request your intervention on this please.
