I bought a mobile on 27 April 2013 from www.Infibeam.com. I was sent a degraded mobile.The specification shown on their website didn't match with the mobile sent to me from the very next day I sent them a message of complaint.After several complaints they demanded the mobile back through bludart courier.I followed the instructions and sent it back to them.I sent the mobile on 14 May 2013 and they claim to receive the mobile on 18 May 2013.Since then I have been waiting for the mobile with true specifications.I contacted them several time by calling on their Customer Care Division and have Sent them 3 Emails but they are not responding to me.This shows that they cheated me.I want either my money or the mobile with true specification.
