I bought a JBL headphone from flipkart.com but didn't get the product same as shown on the picture on the website. The photo of the product shown is entirely different from the one I've got. I tried to contact flipkart support but they say it's the same. It's really embarrassing that I'm left helpless even after contacting their support.

Please take necessary action to resolve my issue. I don't need this headphone, it's too bulky.

For your reference I've attached the screenshot of web page of flipkart.com (the exact page of the model of headphone) also, I've attached photo of one I've got.

Please compare the photos and see if they are the same.
