Complaint Details
I hold a hdfc salary account for nearly 7 years/ my customer ID number is 23599330. My account
Is blocked without any prior intimation and held my amount of Rs 36000/- which I kept
For my current month EMI for my housing loans and my person loan.

I hold a credit card in the same bank, due to my personal reasons ie, due to my loss which occurred
In my business, I could not able to make the payment on time for last 4 months.
The amount payable is Rs 29500/- They hold the amount of Rs 42000/-

The way the agents and bank people torched, there is no words to describe, they made the family members scared and spoke in the abuse language.

Due to the hold which made on my account without prior intimated, I would able to repay my housing loan on time, due to which my wife tried to attempt suicide.

I need justice for the act which made towards in handling the way and need compensation
