Complaint Details
I had purchased HTC Desire - V, and from very next month device was not working properly and I had submitted to service centre for repair. After getting it back they it was again not in proper condition and the System was Crashed for which I had informed them in wirting and in verbal, but they ignore complaints and then I took pictures of System crashed and submitted back to them , for which after a week they informed that they give a replacement 1 to 1 within a week, but till date approx 40 days has been lapsed they not given any replacement,only hopes are given to Customers.

Non of the HTC team members are interested for a solution of problems being faced by customers.

Hope my this complaint may cause you to settle my trouble finally.
