Bought nokia Lumia 720, a few days back, had audio issues, vibration problem, and audio jack problem in phone. Have been to service centre twice, and nokia support centre have kept phone for about,5 days and then 20 days, they tried to repair the phone, but were not able to. Now,as per the company policy,nokia should replace the phone which they are not. They have been continously harassing me. Always say backend team will see, and no result is happening,since a month
