I have purchased a KAFF chimney that was delivered at my residence on 28 Jun. However despite repeated reminders the same has not been installed. For lst few days the company reps of Bhubaneswar do not even attend their contact number. Toll free number as given on KAFF website, when called gives a response that the number has not been allocated to any one. When I approached the Head Office in Gurgaon (0124 - 4873000)on 03 Jul I was told that it would be addressed in a day. Till date I have not heard from any company reps.
