Hope you are doing good!

We both met during Telecom conference from that day onwards i really admire you for your simplicity and knowledge in

setting up such a business model for Mobilestore. Its really sad to drop a note to you on such an issue, this time the

cheated customer is me. I bought a mobile handset from Mobile store on 6th June 2013 (Samsung Grand Quattro i8552) with a

scheme for 6 months couple movie tickets and 8gb memory card along with it. I was apprised on 8th June when the handset was

delivered that the other products shall follow in 48 hours. I called with customer care many times with no relief, customer

care agents told me many times that they don't have the authority to escalate the matter or there is no manager in customer

care. I am made run post to pillar to wait for such products, the point is not the products but if this is the case with

people like us, then what must be doing with normal customer shall be unreasonable.
