Sir,
I am a registered user of ngpay. I was booking my railway ticket by using ngpay on 08.06.2013. My ticket,even waiting ticket was not booked and my accout was debited with fair amout.
My question is, since ticket was not booked, why was my accout debited.
I understand there might be some technical problem due to which the amount was debited but why was my account not credited back on sameday.
Subsequently I have contacted to irctc personnels they have suggested me to contact with ngpay telling that it was not there fault. So, I have contacted to ngpay. They was arguing that the amount was not deducted with them and have suggested to contact with the debit card,by which payment was made issuing bank. I approached to the bank. The banker has told me to contact with ngpay as the amount is not deducted by them and has provided me copy of the bank account statement in txt format showing amount deducted by ngpay. I again contacted to ngpay. This time ngpay sought for my account statement. So, I have sent the accout statement to ngpay in txt formet,as provided by the bank. Today, I have received a call from ngpay. They sought statement in other format as txt format is not oppening in their PC.
Till today,after waiting a month time I am waiting for refund.
Sir, please look into the matter seriously and take necessary step.
ANY EARLIER ACTION WILL BE HIGLY APPRECIATED.
