Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Mohammed Faiz, User id 353697092693

My internet has been down since June 1st 2013 to June 20th 2013, I had registered complaint on 1st June 2013 with complaint number 203754234.

On 7th June 2013 i received bill to pay for the month of June 2013 as it was advance rental plan, I asked customer care executive that my internet is not working then how come i pay the bill without the service, they said once it works you can claim waiver, so i had made payment of Rs.1122 without internet service for June 2013.

On 20th my internet started working & i have made waiver request for the period June 1st 2013 to June 20th 2013 with complaint number 204617031.

However today July 7th 2013 I received bill to pay the full amount of Rs.1122 when asked customer care they said billing department has reported the line was active and i had been using the line. This is just pathetic and rubbish.

When i made complaint on June 1st 2013 customer care told me that it was a major issue and the technicians had access problem to the EDP box where it is installed, so it is getting delayed to get resolved, now they claim i had been using it, how can i use the line if its not working, these guys are just reluctant to check or dumb.

I need my waiver for 20 days.

so kindly look in to my problem and do the needful
