Complaint Details
I have purchased a service of Tata Docomo on 02/07/13 by paying the deposit for the plan Unlimited Blackberry and local Calls 899. However your executives have activated a different plan viz. Unlimited Local and STD 899. This is not acceptable and is a result of poor customer service.

Have called the customer care but they have not taken this issue seriously and have put me on long hold and disconnected the call without informing.
the say it may take 15 days for them to change the plan since I'm not eligible for the plan i have opted and i may have to pay extra amount for it.

I have a signed acknowledgement copy of the payment made for Unlimited Plan Blackberry and Local 899.
the name of the Sales Representative is Ahmed and his number is - 8655086246.

He is not receiving my calls once he is done with his sales.
