Hi,

I have been writing to/calling/Visiting Standard Chartered for months without any satisfactory answer over a Rs 724 in my January bill. Now they have charged me with Rs7353/- and expect me to pay. I am clearing Rs 724.11/- which was rightly due but register my complaint on unlawful charges slapped on me.
