This complaint is regarding a 7 Seater Sofa set purchased from the Universal Decor in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.
Within one month of usage, the sofa cushions are in very bad shape. They are almost flat with kind of cracks (they are pressed from front) developed in 4 of 7 seats.

On contacting the sales and Mr Vinay Sahdev himself we just got lame assurances of getting it fixed but nobody has shown up after almost 3 months now. I have the original bill which mentions explicitly 2 Years warranty but that is not being honored.
