Hi !!!

The only purpose of putting this whole long story on different sites so that one can save from such a fraudulent act of cheat Travel operators like Kashyap Tours & Travels ;

·         Who claim him self “Perfect M.P. tour Operator” , where as he is one of the worst operator I have found in my life

·         Claims owning a fleet of vehicle – where as He just act as a small commission agent ( “ a Dalal”), who re-hires the vehicle of other company. He actually does not own any such big vehicles which he can give on hire.

·         He is just bloody money –minded person who want to earn money at cost other peoples trouble.

·         He just talks very big-big things and show rosy pictures to his client but not delivering to a “penny worth of rupee paid”.

·         Not only that, But he also plays with Human emotions and not worried about their health problems.

To start with ;
We were looking for a Air-condition Tempo Traveler (with 17 +1 seater) for our family
(consisting of 4 families and 5 children, the smallest one is just 1.5 years old) for tour from
5th June 2013 to 12th June 2013 for various places across Jabalpur District.

MR. DEVNDRA KASHYAP carrying on Business in name of "KASHYAP TRAVELS &
TOURS" has contacted and offered me a Tempo Traveler in Good condition and also sent me
some pictures of Tempo Traveler . He has also suggested some of the Hotel names for stay as
references. After mutual negotiation, we have finalized the Air-condition Tempo Traveler (17+1
seater) @ 22.5 per k.m. for 8 days

Before Journey start from Mumbai we have deposited agreed amount as Advance also in his
Bank Accounts. However main problem start Just one day before from our Tour, which is as under ;

1.       He has started giving problem before start of journey only, But we have not understood his
Malafide intentions and end up loss at money and other severe health problem to Family Member
(One and Half year old Baby Girl).

2.       He has promised on several occasions of "Professional Approach", which is totally wrong, Just before
one day i.e. on 4th June at night 8.30 he called up and told that his Traveler met and accident and could not
able to provide us with the Tempo

3.       We have requested to make arrangement for another Tempo as we have just left with 4-5 Hrs and
about to reach Jabalpur. He has taken full advantage of situation and compelled us to pay Rupee 2 per k.m.
extra so we have to pay Rupee 24.5 per k.m.

4.       His Fraud does not stops here, In next morning when we reached to Jabalpur, He started demanding
, more than 75% of total amount due, or else told I will go back with the Tempo Traveler and Refund your
money after deducting one day rent. As we were with family so we left with no option but to pay him.

5.       After start of Journey we have found our self in bigger problem, The condition of Tempo Traveler was totally
Bad, air condition, poor seats , no music systems, no curtain to prevent sun-burn etc. On several occasions we have
made compliant to him, But there was no diffrance.

6.       Again after 4 days He has demanded Balance full amount in advance, on declining to do that, He has instructed
his driver not to start journey unless we pay him. As we were in the journey we have no option but to pay him and
because of his blackm

7.       We have requested him to reapir the AC as the outer temperature was too hot. However he has just given
promises nothing else.

8.       Due to such heavy sun heat two of our child has gone to unconsciousness and we have to admit them
in Narmada Hospital at Jabalpur. I have all the papers and Doctors certificate if some one wants to check.
