I purchased a bike (Yamaha fazer) from a dealer called Bikerz (located in Chennai - Nanganallur)in the month of February'' 2013... However tll date i have not received my RC book. I could not drive my bike as police would fine me. This is real mental harrasment.... Yamaha Motors has to pay me the compensation amount of Rs. 10,000/- for this mental harrasment along with the RC book immediately.
