Complaint Details
Ms.Chilliez ( Bodepudi Modular Designers Pvt. Ltd) had received an amount of Rs.3.51Lakhs for completion of the interior furnishings based on the designs agreed & approved by me. The agreed completion date for the order number 000009/2013-14 May 01-2013.
The company not only asked me to pay 90% of the agreed amount, but they cheated me by not delivering all the agreed products at the time of payment. The fitment of the agreed products was delayed by almost 3 months. Even after I moved into my own house, the company is struggling to complete the delivery.
