Complaint Details
I bough a bicycle Streetrider for excercise purpose one and a half month back . Ever since i have purchased the cycle i have been visiting the dealer every week for Pedel Issues , The Wheel gets jammed , and on 29th June 2013 while riding at 12:30 AM in the night the handle bar broke in 2 pcs which could have caused a major accident as i ride the cycle on the main road . Despite my several request to the company they have not entertained my complaint . I donot want any repaired product or any replacement as i dont want to risk my life for their cheap products . Am attaching herewith the picture of the broken handle bar along with the BILL of the cycle .
