i have lodged complain for lost broadband device in my husband's name suyash chauhan with broadband no-9324028685 in feb2013 with request no.-199023025 and told them about it and they send a sales executive to my place then,a sales executive Mr.Deepchand Tiwari came to my place whose phone no-9833020313 and gave me new connection,i was keen on taking new device for same connection but his boss Mr A.Domble also called me to convince me to get new connection only as he wanted to meet his sales target.So i called callcentre regarding this and complaint no was given which is mentioned earlier.Now im getting calls from relcom whose executives harrase me,and abuse me on phone that i have not paid my bills since feb2013.i have called callcentre manytimes that i already made complain in feb2013 to terminate connection but they say it was not closed at that time,reason not known.I have this connection since 2009 and i have always given advanced rental so when my device lost i had already 695 paid in advanced extra so instead of paying me back they started demanding 2 months rent from me.so when i asked them to close it why was connection not terminated at that time only.plese help and protect me from this harrasement by relcom
