Attached is last 6 months communication with the company

Since the phone is not working fine i want them to take differential and give me a latest phone without the glitches, or money back since the phone is not working to its potential.

Worst case scenario
If not then a completely new replacement with current dated manufacturing which will not have the problems with a compelte new 1 year warranty.

I have followed all their procedures now faiz does not come on line.
