Complaint Details
An application bearing number APPA395886 was submitted at airtel relationship centre(PCS-Malakpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh)on 19th June 2013 for transfer of ownership from my name(M Prashanth Kumar) to my wife name(M Pravina). I (M.Prashanth kumar) was bearing airtel
postpaid no 9959091926 for which the request for transfer of ownership was submitted. Despite repeated enquiries to customer portal nothing has materialized. The reason given was that the address furnished was not traceable. I receive regularly all couriers including airtel monthly bills at the same address provided above and don't understand why the verifying team is unable to do so. Even the re verification requests also failed. This clearly states the callous attitude of the verification team as my residence is very much close to a main road and is easily manageable by road. This lack of customer care service has resulted in mental agony and stress at my workplace. I hold the position of pathologist and a lot of interactions are required with surgeons and physicians to finalise on the reports which account for future treatment plans including timely surgeries. My customers are unable to reach out to me which is accounting to loss of business and accountability for my company. This is also accounting to DEFAMATION of my repute which is not acceptable. Even requests for escalation of the issue didnot materialise.
