Dear Skoda,
Yesterday I gave my Fabia DL7CK 8512 for a routine 60,000 Kims service.
My car was running just fine. In the evening when I went to pick it up I was told that the internet disconnected when they were updating the software on the Engine Control Module,ECM and that now they have to send the module to Aurangabad for loading some software and that I'll have to wait for about a week.
This is not acceptable to me, since I cannot do without a vehicle for even a single day.
If a car can become immobile for a trivial issue as software update in today's time it really does sound ridiculous. Skoda Auto said thay will give me a courtesy car but it has been 5 days now and they have not. They are not even committing a date when they'll return my car.
This is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
