I HAVE BEEN USING THE MOBILE NUMBER 9477003362 FOR FIVE YEARS OR MORE. PREVIOUSLY IT WAS A BSNL NUMBER BEFORE I MIGRATED TO TATA DOCOMO THROUGH MNP. THE NUMBER IS MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AT INDANE, AND A LOT OF BANKING AND CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS.



ALL OF A SUDDEN ,ON 4TH JULY , THE NUMBER WAS SWITCHED OFF WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION TO ME. I HAVE PAID ADVANCE RENTAL FOR 1 YEAR STARTING FROM 31.01.2013. I ENQUIRED AT SALT LAKE CITY CENTRE BRAND STORE TO BE TOLD THAT THE NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED DUE TO LOW USAGE. FIRSTLY, AS THERE WAS NO PRIOR INTIMATION, THIS IS ABSOLUTE DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE TO CUSTOMER. SECONDLY, WHERE IN FINE PRINT OR OTHERWISE WAS IT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF DEBIT OF ADVANCE RENTAL THAT A MINIMUM USAGE WAS MANDATORY. I RECEVED A BILL FOR THE LAST BILLING PERIOD AND EVEN THERE NO NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION WAS FURNISHED.THIRDLY, I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS WHO HAVE HNDLED CALLS TO ME HAVE BEEN MOST DISCOURTEOUS AND NON-PRAGMATIC. NIETHER DO THEY UNDERSTAND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.I WAS MADE TO FEEL VERY LOW IN THE WHOLE EPISODE WITH TATA DOCOMO.



I NEED THIS NUMBER BADLY AND SO WOULD REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME OUT OF THIS MESS. I WILL PORT OUT TO OTHER NETWORK IF TATA DOCOMO FEELS THAT IT IS A LIABILITY. BUTI NEED THE NUMBER TO BE ACTIVE FOR THAT TO HAPPEN
