I got a call from a person representing as advocate of Reliance Communication yesterday (10th July 2013, 2:30 pm) from a mobile number 8586 071193. He used very very abusive language (maa behan ki galiya) and said that a case will be filed if I do not pay pending amount. The said data-card account with relationship number 2386827111 subscriber number 9396979331 was closed many years back with full settlement. However, to settle the matter, today I paid the amount Rs 785. I want to bring to your notice the threatening calls these people make and use very foul language on the phone. This caused lot of mental harassment to me and my family. I would request you to look into this illegal practice of harassing the people by so called big companies like Reliance. Thanking you
