Sir,
I have lodged a complaint regarding the issue with my wireless router (DIR-605L) which is under warranty. But I am unable to secure service from D-Link even after repeated complaints via mail (C6292679) or tele-calling (IND137005347) complaint numbers of which have been mentioned. The mail revert mentions the number (8774535465) which is not working and the tele-calling number's (1800228998)line is either busy or the line has a voice cracking problem on IVR connect itself. In both the scenarios my complaint has remained unsolved since 27th June, 2013.

Kindly look into it and guide regarding the future course of action.
