Complaint Details
My wife using the Naturals Salon for Hair Cutting and membership joining. For Hair Cutting the actual charge 350 + service tax + Edu. Cess + Sh. Edu. Cess. So the bill is Rs.393 and Membership fee Rs. 445 + Service Tax + Edu. Cess + Sh. Edu. Cess and the bill amount is Rs. 500. The total bill was 893.
But the merchant was charging with me through the credit card amount of Rs. 911. They charge 2% of bank charges with me. I clearly stated with Mr. Vijayan (Manager), the bank charges has to pay by the merchant not by me. But he said his company informed to him to collect the 2% of bank charges with the consumers. I was totally upset with his answer and I tried to contact their superior. But there is no much more update with this matter. I check with ICICI bank and they informed the merchant don't have any right to charge with the costumers. So I would like to make a complaint with you regarding the issue and the merchant charging me 2% of bank charge.
Herewith I attach the bills and the bank receipt for your perusal.
Please help me to resolve this issue and make the merchant to charge 2% bank charge with any consumers.
