Complaint Details
I have a Motorola EX226 handset, I gave it for repair to service center on 12/6/13, they said that it will take 3-5 days. After 5 days they said that we had ordered its motherboard from company it will take 7 days more. Just 2-3 days back I called them then they said that company had not sent the component. You call to Motorola customer care and do a complaint. I then register complaint to Motorola service center on 10-7-13 and they said it will take 48 hours to solve the prob. On 12-7-13 I called Motorola customer care for complaint status they said that it will take 6 days. And yet there is no answer from service center.
