I ordered a mobile phone model - Sony Experia L from Kaunsa.com order reference number-kaun/136675 with a commitment delivery date of 4-July.

Complainst:
1. The product is not delivered till now.
2. There is no penalty clause defined for customer benifits or to ensure product delivery within timelines.
3. I am not getting prompt date as if I will get the product delivered or not? If yes then when?
