service contract (contract receipt no 45 20747536 dated 23/8/11 )for 2 years from 14/8/11 to 13/8/13 was accepted by company for Rs.4900/, which they collected in advance . After 4 services ,2 in 2011 and 2 in 2012 no service has been rendered for pastone year, despite repeated reminders complaints. In fact they undertook to do quarterly service and replace filter after 12 months & maintain record of such services . Infact it was their job to do service on their own without waiting for reminders .
