Complaint Details
Not able to use the mobile handset with current problems and samsung is not giving any solution I only receive their standard reply which they send to all their consumers.
I have spent my hard earned Rs.41,000/- and cannot let Samsung to cheat customer with their inferior product and refuse/neglect to attend their problems.

1. Over heating of Handset due to which it is very hard to hold the phone during long calls

2. Frequent hanging & Auto restarts

3. Phone restart while using camera and sometimes gets hang

4. Micro SD card gets unmount on its own and auto restarts

5. Inferior quality build. the cover gets easily damaged even after small falls/nudges. one cannot expect such things after spending Rs.41,000/-

Samsung is giving one time screen replacement to all the customers who purchased phone post 10th july 2013 for nominal amount of Rs.500/-. why this offer? is samsung aware of Samsung Galaxy S4 built quality? and why samsung is extending this offer only to new customer? because new customer are aware of all the issue and this is carrot to please new customer.
but what is going to happen to old customer who has already bought the inferior product? of-course samsung is asking to pay Rs.7000/- for screen panel replacement.
This is pure cheating to old customer as they have already got into their trap and do noting to them.

I demand handset replacement / money refund
