from past one year i am asking them thet their speed is slow, but they care a dam, every time they tell me that we have registered complaing, engineer will visit, every time engineer pays visit, ghe always says, sir there is no problem in you computer or in the line, its the same old issue, slow internet, what to do. i want them to be dragged to the court or compensate for the mental frustration they have created in me along with the amount i have paid till now, one main thisn the day on which there representative comes to collect the fee, just three day before that internet speed goes good, rest bad
