Remarks - Only bed and Slimline parts were fine & fitting done for the same. Complete fitting not done as faulty parts were present for Wardrobe, Dresser & Bedside table


2nd shipment done - 24/2/13 for Aura TV stand

2nd fitting done - 28/2/13 for Aura TV stand (Call No 437486)

Remarks - Complete fitting not done as faulty parts were present for Aura TV stand.


3rd shipment done - 14/3/13 for faulty parts reported on 23/2/13

4th shipment done - 22/3/13 for faulty parts reported on 28/2/13

3rd fitting done - 6/4/13 (Call No - 437219)

Remarks - No fitting done as all the replacement parts were faulty


5th shipment done - 4/6/13 for all faulty parts reported earlier (as well as on 6/4/13)

Remarks - Another mechanic came for wardrobe fitting. Fitting not done as replacement parts for wardrobe were faulty


Till date with over more than 5 months, complete products have not been delivered. Very poor quality product causing so many repetitive delivery. Service provider is completely mismanaged & spoc person is very ill behaved.
