I had booked for call taxi in advance for my family's travel on 15th July 2013 at 8 am from Central station to T nagar. I received the booking confirmation number(1465) at the time of booking. Nobody from Fasttrack call taxi contacted me for any sort of communication till 9am on 15th July 2013, I approached the Fasttrack call taxi booth which is near 11th platform of Central station. They asked me to wait for my taxi even after I provided my booking number. They were busy only to attend customers who did booking at the counter with fee of Rs 40. I approached them again, they were not ready to attend to my booking, later they asked me to call the call-center and get my taxi. I did the same, but call center executive asked me to approach the booth again. Later after continous approaching the booth for one hour, The booth incharge( Mr Raja) harshly told me that only if I buy a booking ticket I would be provided with a taxi. I had been waiting with my guests and family with my sick baby for more than one hour. I took up the matter to Call center to handle the issue, But the tele-excutive told me not to waste time but to buy a booking ticket and take a fresh service. I was only told about this after dozen calls to call center & running to the booth. All the attendants at the booth harshly declined to attend or answer me. I had planned and booked taxi in advance as my family & guests were in a bad shape after 2 days of travel. I was helpless because of the situation and nobody from fast-track attending to my advance booking ever contacted me for resolving the problem but only exploited my helpless situation.
