Complaint Details
I had purchased Samsung LED TV from Baroda, Gujarat, India on 3rd of
October, 2011 Model no. UA40D5000PR. Now my TV is showing problem with the screen upper portion is greyish in colour which goes off after sometime. It was inspected by the Samusung Technician on 3rd of July,2013 and he suggested that panel has to be changed and which costs Rs.26,500 approximately. This is a very heavy charge. I searched in the internet and this problem is recurrent with many customers. I contacted Mr. BD Park, MD Samsung and from his office Mr. Ashok Raghuvir wrote to me that this you will have to pay full charge and no discount can be given because the warranty has expired. Sir, is it fair that in such a short time I have to spend such huge amount for the repairs?
