Complaint Details
We have order i phone 5 of 3 pcs from emart bazaar in ebay and the seller sended us the empty box and cheated with us for the Rupees 1,35,870.00 and he was then blaming to DTDC that they have theft the phones from there but while talking to DTDC the branch manger told that the parcel was for the weight of 0.615 grams and any one can understand that the weight of 1 phone 5 will be not of 200 grams, there was no invoice and nothing with the DTDC and the box was empty then immediately i called Emart bazaar and they told us that they will not refund the money back to us, GO AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANTS TO DO, EVEN THERE IS NO LEGAL ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE

Now please if anyone can help me for this it will be really very thankful to you
