Dear Sir / Madam,

I had raised a request for a new broadband connection from BSNL on 8 Jun 13 vide LEAD request No 08061300010. After 5 days, I got a message that Mr Johnson carrying Mobile No : 9445084767 will get in touch with me on the update of the connection request. In spite of repeated and multiple calls to Mr Johnson and 3 calls to BSNL Customer Care requesting for an update, I still do not have any sort of communication or confirmation on the status of my request. I was asked not to go to the telephone exchange to check on the status as I would get a reply soon.
Since my previous request of movement of my Airtel broadband connection did not happen due to unavailability of DP slots, I had requested for a BSNL connection.

I would have made atleast 4-5 calls each week to the mentioned personnel and today, post much agony, I called him again and he says he does not know and wanted me to check with the Pallikaranai Telephone Exchange.
