Complaint Details
1. Rs 4211 transferred by Net banking ICICI transaction No BIL/414152037/amway/AMWAY.IN IMCAI D on 07 Mar 13.Since server was not functioning properly it showed old address and the order was cancelled on 18 Mar 13. Since then Amway is making excuses but NOT refunding the money, first they asked for PAN card the same was handed over at Gurgaon. In Apr 13, they informed cheque would be sent but of no avail. My Complaint number with Amway is 47414071 and my Amway Business Number is 3299011. Correspondence attached. Request refund with penalty for harassment to My ICICI account 125901500772.
