Hello this is to let you know that i had discontinued tikona internet connection long time back..... Still they had billed me ---- I told them about this several times but in vain, Still they used to send bills.

Now today after few months i got a call from this phone no -- Some tripathi (who said he is a lawyer ...but hardly could pronounce my name and speak english) said he is going to file FIR in pune High court ...

Here is that persons phone no: +911130150222 (some tripathi)

He said he is going to file FIR in pune and in 30 minutes police will come and collect me!!! ..... Its now more than 30 minutes ---- i am not afraid of anyone because i am right!

I said you TIKONA idiots - you are treating you customers like this (who stayed with you for more than years) -- Its your department which was sending bills without any usage again and again and i am not going to pay the bill for the connection i havent used!!...

Stop harassing me!!....ok First learn to treat your customer well ok!!

(Also i have given disconnection requests few times still billing me also correspondent to them on phone!! plz help they are harassing me via lawyer)

...in one doc which i attached they disconinued late but still billing me...also long time bakc i already corresponded that i am not continuing!!...plz take action against this company !!
