I'm using Aquaguard Sensa, which is still under warranty. The PCB in my machine is not working. Complaint was registered on July 5, 2013. I was promised it will be attended in 48 hrs. To my great surprise, engg came on same day and informed nothing is wrong. On 8th July, machine totally stopped. Complaint was again lodged at customer care with ref no. 0072139539. Again engg turned up same day and informed PCB is damaged & need replacement that shall be done in 1-2 days.

Nothing happened. On repeatedly calling customer care, on 11th, some senior engg came and told PCB needs to be rreplaced. When I asked, this was already informed 3 days back so he told no such request for replacement of PCB is lodged, hence need to start fresh.

I tried to take different route & registered a complaint in their website. Even that didn't evoke any response. (ref 2226B8573)
Step-1: on 12.07.13, who was supposed to respond in 24-72 hrs, nothing happened
Step-1: Ms. Anu Kotian on 15.07.13, who was supposed to respond in 24-48 hrs, nothing happened
Step-3: Tried on 17.07.13, who is supposed to respond in 24-36 hrs, but website is not at all accepting this request.


No wonder Eureka Forbes has the worst cus care, if the Cus Care Officer is itself like this, what do you expect from the Cus Care itself.

If this is a vacuum cleaner, I dont mind them taking 2 or more weeks to rectify it since I can manage without it. But with a Water Purifier, we can't even be one day without it. I am spending daily Rs. 120 for buying packaged water. I wonder how the people at Eureka Forbes be so lethargic about it.
I have lost faith in Eureka Forbes that my issue will be resolved. Also I will never ever recommend their products even to my enemy.
