I placed an order for panasonic camcorder, model no.HC-V720 on 05.07.2013 for which the order no. is 1091726380.The promised shipping date was 10.07.2013. It was not delivered on the mentioned date. They asked for extra 3 days to deliver the product otherwise order had to be cancelled and money is to be return to my account through debit card as full payment was done through debit card. Now on 17.07.2013, neither they have cancelled the order nor they are returning my money. Only they are saying i have to wait 24 hours to get the confirmation wheather the order is cancelled or product is delivered. this is happening for more than 4 days they repeat the same assurance without confirming delivery or cancellation.I want my money back to my account so that i can purchase the item from panasonic's authorised dealers without going for online marketing.
