I have ordered Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone from the website www.timtara.com on 2nd March 2013 the order no is 10403024, I have paid amount Rs.9189 via state bank of India anand branch account no is 31848641713 through internet banking facility.
After 3 weeks over I did not get the product in time given by them. so I called to Timtara customer care but no one received my calls, after trying lots of calls my call was been taken by Timtara customer care person Mr. Rohit on 22 March 2013 at 05:46 PM on this 09555321321 number. He told me that they have defective products so they will buy new products and send my order. So I asked him when I will get my product, he replied that on 30th March 2013 they will dispatch my order and on 2nd April 2013 I will get my product. I asked him that I will sure get the product on time? He was very sure about it. So again I waited for a week and on 30th March 2013 I saw my order status on Timtara website and it shows that order status is awaiting shipment, it’s still the same as it was before.
So I called to Timtara customer care and told them that still my order is not dispatch by you, so they told me that wait for 2nd April 2013 you will surely get the mobile handset in your hand. I have waited till 2nd April 2013 but still I did not get the product.
So again I called to Timtara customer care on 2nd April 2013 and the call was been taken by Ms Ruchi. I talk with her and again describe my problem, so she replied me that they had problems in their company so they do not dispatch my order and she cancel the order and told me that I will get the refund of order within 8-10 days. So I waited 10 days and after 10 days I check my bank account and I was shocked that still I did not get the refund.
So after 10 days on 12th April 2013 I called to Timtara customer care and this time I talked with Mr. Rohit. I told Mr. Rohit that after order given to Timtara I did not get the product and last time Ms Ruchi has cancel my order and told me that I will get refund till 12th April 2013 but I did not get the refund till today so I called you, he told me that wait for today because may be you will get refund till evening. So I asked him that what if I did not get refund till evening then? So he told me that if you do not get refund till today evening call me tomorrow. I waited till 13th April 2013 and called to Timtara customer care but no one received the calls as Saturday and Sunday they have holiday.
So after that I called to Timtara customer care on Monday 15th April 2013 and the customer care person told me that wait for more two days you will get the refund.
So again I waited till 18th April 2013, but after two days over I did not get the refund I called to Timtara customer care on 18th April 2013 now this time the customer care person told me that company was closed from last 15 days so your refund was not completed, and also told me to wait for 30th April 2013 you will sure get the refund on your account. I asked them what if I did not get the refund on 30th April 2013 so he told me that you will get refund. So I told them that if you fail to refund me then I will take legal action. He replied that ok sir.
So I waited till 30th April 2013 but still I did not get the product as well as the product refund. After this all thing I called to Timtara but no one going to receive the calls no one replied to my mails.
So in this way the company INFOSECURE COUNSULTING Pvt. Ltd. (WWW.TIMTARA.COM) cheated me.
