Dear Sir,
MY name is Vishal Puri and I am based in Dubai. I bought a flat from Unitech in Noida, Sector -117, name of the project is Unihomes II. Flat is in Tower G2, Flat no 0103,Sec 117. The possession time for the flat given in the contract was 24 months from the date of booking, i.e it should have been handed over in December 2013, but construction has not started yet, and I spoke to customer service guy, he is stating handing over can happen in end 2015 or mid of 2016.
Can you please let me know what options I have to get the flat, where Unitech is just launching new projects, collecting 30% of the amount and diverting the funds to other projects.
