Complaint Details
After talking to your customer care service person i have received an oral verdict that the mobile will be repaired before 18/07/2013, if it is not done so My handset will be replaced with a new one as a compensation.

Please give me a decision in writing as well for confirmation.

Please take some serious action against this or else i will have to take some actions from my side also.
