Complaint Details
Purchased through online shopping SNAPDEAL. Snap deal entertain complaints only with 7 days of delivery. Product has to be installed by company representative which took 2 weeks after 2 days working the power unit failed. during installation some parts were faulty and replaced with old one. Many phone calls and complaints made. Neither snap deal nor nautica attending the problem. As per snap deal offer the product warranty of 6 months and limited(???) service during warranty.
