Sir,

I would like to bring into your notice that I get a TV financed from Bajaj Finance under loan account no.4010CD00318178 on 10th March 2013. but after few days I was shocked to know that Bajaj finance has made my Fake signature on my bank Mandate form. I am having account at SBI, Dakshinpuri Branch, New Delhi and my account no. is 30014152739.

I report to Bank about the same in writing and also to Bajaj finance but still not positive news from the Bajaj. they are not ready to accept their mistake in writing and not providing me the apology letter in writing even after confirmation over phone and insisting me to sign and submit new bank mandate form.

Please do the needful and help me to understand what to do because I don't want to spoil my credit rating and score due to their mistake.

I am attaching both the docs, which I signed at the time of purchase and the Fake docs which Bajaj has put on their website under my login with Fake signature.
