Respected Sir / Madam,

My name is Haim Mehta, I have one mobile connection with Airtel, and number is - 9810604485.

I am fed up the services of Airtel, I am using this number from last 6-7 years and how I am getting the services from Airtel is pathetic. Since 19th June, 2013 I have made 6-7 calls but still there is no resolution. Finally I am forwarding this mail to you and want to file a consumer complaint so that strict action can be taken.

By mistake, Airtel added one account in the name of T.P. Lamba to my online account when I made the payment of 700/- unfortunately the amount got credited to T.P. Lamba's account which is nowhere related to me and for this I have made many complaints.

First, I have complained about this on 20th June, 2013 and reference number is - 51205042 , I was told that the amount will be credited to your bank account on the 26th of June, 2013 but still there is no update.

On 01st July, 2013, I have spoken to one of Airtel managers - Mr. Dhruv (Interaction number - 1308875459 ) and said that I have to send you the receipt of 700/- Rs so that amount will be credited back to my account, on the next day I have sent the payment receipt to them. My concern is why this was not informed me on 20th June, 2013 so that this should be taken care of initially - or is this a way to harass the customer?, I am asking for my own money - I am not taking any loan from Airtel.

I am still chasing with Airtel and get my money back but still every time they give me a reference number but no resolution. Please find below the reference numbers which I have been provided by Airtel on every call.

I want you to please take strict action and huge penalty.
